I had a wonderful shopping experience at this Kroger Supermarket. The place was very clean, great lighting and the employees seemed eager to help.
I will give a review about above how I was treated in Kroger. More than once by the same staff. Only if she is there I can’t go to the checkout. No order staff don’t do this to me. I was really piss yesterday when she did it to me again. I ask her why she always do this to me. All she say I am sorry I am sorry. You have too much stuff. My problem is they have so many customers with lots of staff just like me but she had to pick me. They had one cashier working. When I asked the cashier to see the manager she said they don’t have one today. I really need to know why this staff treating me like this. I have a small business and I do most of my shopping at this store. I feel in my heart that she treats me like a Thief.
This Kroger are bad attitudes employees Donna the Cashier too much Drama and the black woman came said she is a Manager with bad attitudes. The Kroger corporate should not choose her to be a manager no manners people work here. They prob their Un Educated. Need more training to a cashier and be a Manager. So Rude.
If have zero star here. I will put zero.

This location was a bit hard to find things. It was laid out similarly to most, but the pharmacy was smaller and therefore I had to go to the aisles to find the items I needed.
1 of the bigest stores. and the fact the health department also and voting in this plaza I real +. but this place needs a light or some kind of traffic control. 1 light going on too busy Grayson hwy.. I know this not Krogers fault . oh and but the way more power carts here then any other store t. y. for that
Need more cashiers in store . To many workers walking around the front of store . Young staff.
Things just aren't organized in this store .. the Krogers in Denton Texas is a much better experience... they have so many people working at this store and there's never any help very disappointing I asked to speak with a manager then the manager said she was a manager let her call another manager ... I do appreciate the front manager for listening to me But please fix this problem... I should not have to walk around your store looking for things place your product where they go people ... and please stop putting people that don't speak English on the floor 🗣how can they help the customer if they don't speak English this is AMERICA... I LOVE KROGERS but not these GA locations there not organized........
UPDATED.... Krogers Is much better organized... there was people there to help all the workers where very friendly the txs stores has better lighting but I give them A on a nice clean organized family friendly store to shop at... and omg try there cakes them girls can bake it was sooooo good 🗣I shared with the baker my favorites and she showed me which cake to get omg I want another one
Nasty store too early in the am...plus Manager is a little bias to certain ethics groups.
